RETURNS POLICY

If the product that you have received does not suit you or arrives damaged, you have the possibility to send it back to us within 15 working days from receipt of the product (postmark as proof). We will then proceed according to your wish to:

An exchange against a product of your choice. If the price of this product is lower than the price of the returned product, we will refund the difference. Otherwise, you will have to pay the difference.
A refund equivalent to the price of the item (excluding delivery costs).

For hygienic reasons, we only accept unworn socks back in their original plastic.
